The 23 apartment complex provided for 6 single bedroom and 17 - 2 bedroom apartments, as well as a common area and central laundry facility. All apartments provided for ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen and lounge and were fitted out with fixtures and furniture.

The former Table Talk Biscuits Factory at 36 Charles Street, Prahran is located in the heart of bustling Prahran and within walking distance of Chapel and Greville Streets.

The development provided for alteration and fit-out of the existing warehouse structure for the purpose of two apartments and associated car parking.

Each apartment was serviced by a private elevator from the garage and was designed with open plan living, meals and kitchen areas, master bedroom with ensuite, courtyards, ground floor garage, laundry and storage.
